About The Leadership Lab
This small group seeks to equip young people, individuals, and leaders with both biblical understanding and practical skills for Christian leadership. Together, participants will explore the lives of biblical leaders, discover their unique God-given gifts, and develop Christ-like character to serve faithfully in the church, schools, and/or communities.
The group will be built on a mentorship model, where experienced leaders and participants explore the key principles for effective leadership. Through teaching, discussion, and interactive activities, participants will be guided to lead with humility, integrity, and courage. Ultimately, this group aims to raise a new generation of leaders who not only serve well but also mentor others in turn.
